All delegates are required to register upon arrival. A conference bag will be given which will contain a copy of the CD-ROM proceedings, a souvenir magazine and the Conference Guide. Each delegate will be given a name badge and it has to be worn at all times during the conference. Delegates/Accompanying Persons who have registered for the Banquet and the Dinner Cruise will also be given tickets.

The registration desk is located at the Secretariat Room, Magnolia 4, Level 3, Grand Hyatt Singapore. The opening hours are:

We would recommend that you bring a copy of your presentation (saved as either an Acrobat pdf file or Powerpoint ppt file) on a CD or thumb drive. Please make sure that your presentation is loaded onto the laptop provided in your session room at least 30 minutes before the session starts.

For Interactive Presentation, presenters are required to put up their posters on the display panel provided at least 15 minutes before the session starts and remove it when the session is over. The maximum size of the poster is 1m (height) x 0.8m (width). Presenters are requested to station beside your poster during the poster viewing session.
