The Tutorial Registration Fee includes two tea-breaks, one lunch and one set of tutorial notes. The fee is inclusive of 5% Goods and Services Tax (GST).
All the tutorial sessions will run concurrently.

One Registration covers a maximum of two accepted papers by the same registered author.
All authors must make payment by 1 September 2006 in order to have their papers included in the CD-ROM proceedings.
The Conference Registration Fee includes six tea-breaks, three lunches, one conference banquet and one copy of the CD-ROM Proceedings. The fee is inclusive of 5% Goods and Services Tax (GST).
A maximum of 6 pages is allowed for each paper. Up to 2 additional pages is allowed at S$100 per page.

A maximum of 190 tickets will be sold on a first-come-first-served basis.
The fee includes a buffet dinner cruise (no pork, no lard) and two-way transfers between conference hotel and cruise boarding place.
Vegetarian meal request has to be conveyed to the Secretariat upon registration.
Registered Delegates: S$ 20 each.
Accompanying Person: S$ 65 per person.

Registration payment can be made off-line via credit card or cheque/bank draft. Please note that the merchant name reflected on your credit card bill will be "Nanyang Technological University".
All cheques / bank draft should be made payable to "Nanyang Technological University" and mail it together with the duly completed REGISTRATION FORM to :

Please indicate your name, Author ID and name of the conference ( ICARCV 2006) at the back of the cheque/bank draft.
Only cheques / bank drafts drawn from a Singapore bank or foreign bank with a bank branch located in Singapore will be accepted.
Registration will only be confirmed upon receipt of payment.

75% of registration fee will be refunded for cancellations made in writing and received by the secretariat on or before 15 October 2006.
There will be no refund for cancellations made after 15 October 2006.
Refunds (if any) will be made after the conference.
Registration is transferable but it has to be conveyed to the Secretariat in writing before 15 November 2006.
