Notification of Acceptance/Rejection

Welcome to the Conference Management System (CMS) Site for the Tenth International Conference on Control, Automation, Robotics and Vision (ICARCV 2008).

Notifications of Acceptance/Rejection have been sent out to Authors on 01 July 2008. There may be a delay in the delivery of your Notification. However, if you do not receive it by 03 July 2008, please click here to request for your Notification.

Final Manuscript Submission

In order for your Paper to be included in the Proceedings,

  • at least one of the authors of each paper must register latest by 01 September 2008,
  • your Final Manuscript must be prepared using the ICARCV 2008 paper template,
  • your Final Manuscript must be VERIFIED to be IEEE XploreŽ compatible,
  • your Final Manuscript must be uploaded ONLINE latest by 01 September 2008,
  • your electronic Copyright Transfer Form (eCF) is submitted latest by 01 September 2008.

      Click here to convert your Final Manuscript to an IEEE Xplore compatible PDF file or check your PDF file for IEEE Xplore compliance. (Use Conference ID : icarcv08x) You can refer to the IEEE eXpress Instructions for assistance.

    To upload your IEEE Xplore compliant PDF file and your abstract in plain text, click on the Authorised Login link on the Menu Bar.

    The electronic version of Copyright Transfer Form (eCF) can only be submitted to IEEE after receiving our notification informing you that you can submit your eCF. If you have make changes to your final manuscipt, it is not necessarily to re-submit another eCF.

    All accepted papers , whether they are presented orally or using a poster, which are IEEE Xplore compliant and have proper accompanying registration will be included in the conference proceedings and will appear on IEEEXplore.
