Conference Registration
Important: All Registrations have to be made on-line.
- One Registration covers a maximum of two accepted papers by the same registered author.
- Registered author can register up to a maximum of two additional accepted papers at SGD300 per additional paper.
- All authors must make payment by 1 September 2008 in order to have their papers included in the CD-ROM proceedings.
- The Conference Registration Fee includes six tea-breaks, three lunches, one conference banquet and one copy of the CD-ROM Proceedings.
- A maximum of 6 pages is allowed for each paper. Up to 2 additional pages is allowed at SGD100 per page.

- Accompanying Person: SGD 60 per person.
Payment Procedure
Payment modes available are: Credit Card or Cheque/BankdraftFor online payment by credit card (Visa or Mastercard):
- Complete the online registration and select the payment mode as Visa or MasterCard.
- You will be re-directed to a secured payment portal by WorldPay to perform your online payment.
- Once your transaction is processed, you will receive a confirmation email from WorldPay, followed by the registration confirmation email from the conference manager within the next working day.
- Please note that if you used another person's credit card to make the payment, you will be requested to submit the credit card authorization form after payment. This form will be sent to you by email AFTER online payment is completed.
- The merchant name reflected on your credit card bill will be Integrated Meetings Specialist (Holdings) Pte Ltd
- Complete the online registration and select the payment mode as Cheque or Bankdraft.
- Please issue the cheque/bankdraft to Integrated Meetings Specialist (Holdings) Pte Ltd.
- Please note that only bankdrafts issued by banks with a Singapore branch office or partner bank in Singapore are accepted.
- Print a copy of the invoice from the online registration system, and mail it, together with the cheqye/bankdraft to the address as indicated on the invoice.
- Please remember to indicate your login ID, name, telephone or email and ICARCV 2008 at the back of the cheque/ bank draft.
- Upon receipt of your cheque/bankdraft, you will receive a notification by email.
- When your cheque/bankdraft is cleared by the bank, you will receive the registration confirmation by email.
Note: We regret that telegraphic or bank transfer are not acceptable payment modes.
Cancellation and Refunds
- 75% of registration fee will be refunded for cancellations made in writing and received by the secretariat on or before 15 October 2008.
- There will be no refund for cancellations made after 15 October 2008.
- Refunds (if any) will be made after the conference.
- Registration is transferable but it has to be conveyed to the Secretariat in writing before 15 November 2008.
Neither the organizer nor its employees or its appointed Professional Conference Organiser shall be liable in Singapore or elsewhere to the registered participant in contract, tort or otherwise except as expressly stated in the registration form.
