Conference Registration

• One Registration covers a maximum of two accepted papers by the same registered author.
• Registered author can register up to a maximum of two additional accepted papers at SGD300 per additional paper.
• All authors must make payment by 1 September 2010 in order to have their papers included in the CD-ROM proceedings.
• The Conference Registration Fee includes six tea-breaks, three lunches, one conference banquet and one copy of the CD-ROM Proceedings.
• A maximum of 6 pages is allowed for each paper. Up to 2 additional pages is allowed at SGD100 per page.

• Free for Registered Delegates.
• Accompanying Person: SGD 100 per person.

Payment Procedure

• Payment modes available are:

1. Credit Card or
2. Cheque / Bankdraft

For online payment by credit card (Visa or Mastercard):

1. Create a registration login account.
2. Complete the online registration and select the payment mode as "Visa" or "MasterCard".
3. You will be re-directed to a secured payment portal by RBS WorldPay to perform your online payment.
4. Once your transaction is processed, you will receive a confirmation email from WorldPay, followed by the registration confirmation email within the same day. (if you experience delay in receiving emails from us, please inform your IT department to unblock the emails from the domain: inmeetpro.com.sg)
5. Please note that if you used another person's credit card to make the payment, you will be requested to submit the credit card authorization form. This form will be sent to you by email AFTER online payment is made.
6. The merchant name reflected on your credit card bill will be "INMEET CMS PTE LTD" - the appointed registration fee collection agent for the Congress.

For cheques / bankdraft payment:

1. Create a registration login account.
2. Complete the online registration and select the payment mode as "Cheque or Bankdraft".
3. Please issue the cheque / bankdraft to "INMEET CMS PTE LTD" - the appointed registration fee collection agent for the congress.
4. Only cheques / bank drafts drawn from a Singapore bank or foreign bank with a bank branch located in Singapore will be accepted.
5. Print a copy of the invoice from the online registration system, and mail it, together with the cheque / bankdraft to the conference management office (please refer to address as indicated on the invoice).
6. Please remember to indicate your login ID, name, telephone or email and "ICARCV 2010" at the back of the cheque/bank draft.
7. Upon receipt of your cheque / bankdraft, you will receive a notification by email.
8. When your cheque / bankdraft is cleared by the bank, you will receive the registration confirmation email.

Note: We regret that telegraphic or bank transfer are not acceptable payment modes.

Online Registration

• Please note that the registration login ID is DIFFERENT from the login ID for your abstract submission. As such, please click on the "Create Account" button on the Registration Management System's login page in order to proceed with your registration. Please also ensure your pop-up blocker is disabled and you are using INTERNET EXPLORER as your browser.

• If you are not able to auto-retrieve your submission details when completing the registration form, please enter the submission ID and proceed to make payment, we will verify the submission ID when we receive your payment and will update it accordingly for you.

Submission ID is your Paper ID in number form.
Example, if your Paper ID is P0905, then your Submission ID is 905.

Online Registration Management System

Cancellation and Refunds

• 75% of registration fee will be refunded for cancellations made in writing and received by the secretariat on or before 15 October 2010.
• There will be no refund for cancellations made after 15 October 2010.
• Refunds (if any) will be made after the conference.
• Registration is transferable but it has to be conveyed to the Secretariat in writing before 15 November 2010.

Neither the organizer nor its employees or its appointed Professional Conference Organiser shall be liable in Singapore or elsewhere to the registered participant in contract, tort or otherwise except as expressly stated in the registration form.
